Oh no!! So sorry about your run 😭 I thought I had squashed this bug but it’s a tricky one it would seem. I’ll try to put out a post-jam update when ratings are in to fix 💜
Really solid work here. The music was catchy and the visuals were surprisingly clear for how complicated the paths were starting to get. I had the thought that this entire game would be resolved by just making a cue and routing appropriately, but then the slow planes reaaaaally throw a wrench in that.
I think I wish the selectable spot for landing a plane was a little larger. I kept accidentally clicking past the runway and into the space in front of the hangar and having to undo. Extremely minor nitpick though.
I got like 80 points, so I hesitate to comment on depth, but I do wonder if more verbs would help extend this game's lifespan a little bit. A quick "do a little spiral" input or some other panic command, maybe?
Just wanted to circle back and say that after playing a few more games submitted to the jam, I think this is a really stellar entry. Excellent work here.
I love how quickly it becomes chaotic :D It is a really fun and impressive game, I also loved the music and the variation of the planes. Also, I think I found a job that I should not take... :)
At first I was slightly confused but quickly caught on. I had so much fun playing this Fletch!! You did so good. I love that you used the plane fiasco as inspo as well!
This is so much fun! At some point everything just gets so mixed up, I know a plane WILL crash, it's just a matter of when. 10/10, would not want to do this in real life, but I'll do this for hours as a game. :D
Stellar art, a straightforward and fun game mechanic, lots of fun little details, and a catchy soundtrack. OOPS I just lost track of time playing this because it's that great!!
This is my favorite Fletch game - and I own a physical copy of SPEEDCAT! The rules are very straightforward, but there is a ton of complexity. I really love that the flight paths are locked in once you create them. I am constantly stressed playing games like Mini Metro because it feels like you are constantly encouraged to re-optimize the roads. I like that you are only ever adding new pieces to the puzzle, never rebuilding the whole puzzle from scratch.

As if I needed a reason to get hooked on Oops Airlines again - the Christmas update is delightful. Merry Christmas, Fletch!! ❄️❄️❄️

One of my favorite entries to the jam, it perfectly encapsulates the theme and goes with “the wacky, having fun vibe” all throughout.
Controls are neat, the zoom feature in itself would a feat of programming, having to juggle planes with different speed is stressful in a fun way.
OST is an abosule bop, the whole package here is just perfect.

More verbs would definitely give more playability, great thought! Other things I had on my wishlist were:
Maybe I’ll revisit the game in the future and build it out a bit more! Thanks so much for playing!
Sounds sick!

This game is FUN!!! I really love the design and mechanics. The zoom camera came in super handy when planning my routes. My high score is 120!
That’s great!! I’m glad you enjoyed the zoom feature, I had a lot of fun building that system! Thank you so much for playing 💜

Thank you so much!! Yes I had a blast putting things together and the recent outage was the perfect inspiration 😂
